He has a bachelor’s degree in pre-medical studies and psychology from the University of Southern California, a master’s degree in education from San Francisco State University, and a doctor of chiropractic from Palmer College. He is in private practice with a medical doctor in Redwood City.
Gail Falzon, RN earned her nursing degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1981. Throughout her career, patient education was her primary goal knowing that if the patient understood their diagnosis and treatment, and became a part of their own care they would be far more successful. After a life changing motor vehicle accident, Gail’s career took a new
direction in muscle therapy, specifically in regards to TMD, headaches, and facial neuralgias based on the works of Drs’ Travell and Simons. After witnessing life changing stories of those she taught, she went on to become a myofascial practitioner, again with the primary goal of teaching and helping others. With a focus on intra-oral trigger points and the muscle dysfunction associated with these disorders, she developed what is now known as The MyoFree® Solution. The system is a life-long, self-help, pain-relief kit for patients at home to learn how to care for those troublesome trigger points and associated pain. Gail teaches therapists, and other medical/dental clinicians on the national level, has written several articles for peer review, has gained international acclaim for her work, and was even called a pioneer in this field by David G. Simons, MD, co-author of Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual.
